   How do you know which organization is trusted, and how you find it. Those two questions are normal in people who want to sponsor a child and don’t know how to do it. According to CBS  NEWS you can go to http://charitynavigator.org/ and look up some good organizations that are right for you, there are different types of organizations, some specialized in certain countries and some in certain religion. If you are still unsure you can see the top 10 charities for different subjects like the ten more viewed charities, the ten charities with the most consecutive 4-star ratings, or the ten highly rated charities with favorable reviews.

   Amount needed to sponsor a child:

     According to CBS News the amount needed depends on the organization, but it can vary from 10 to 40 dollars.  Of course you are given the option to donate higher amounts too.

   Who should you sponsor:

     It really depends on who you want to help. There are different option helping children and families of different countries.  Some organizations are:

•     http://www.ashanet.org/ that helps children in India. Donations varies, but it goes from $12.50 to $200.00 per month.
•         http://www.soschildrensvillages.org.uk/sponsor-a-child/americas/uruguay In this organization you can sponsor a child in Uruguay, you can donate the amount you want with a minimum of $20.
•        http://www.childfund.org/places/  in this organization you’ll be able to choose children from different countries in Africa, Americas, Asia, and Europe. It only cost $28 per month.

    

•   http://www.savethechildren.org/site/c.8rKLIXMGIpI4E/b.6115947/k.8D6E/Official_Site.htm  is also a good organization to help children, and they also have options in different countries. And the least amount is $28 per month.

These are just few of many organizations that specialize in the help of those kids who truly need it. You can always go to http://www.charitynavigator.org or search on Google for other different Charities.

How do you do it?

 You just subscribe on the website of the organization of your own choice and you chose a child of your own choice also, and start donating. You will receive letters of the child you’re sponsoring so you can write back and ford, and see the positive change you are making for his/her life.
